Our repertoire comes from our deep history in free jazz, jazz, hip hop and spoken word, and from our Genius Loci and Ars Transmutatoria projects. Our intergenerational mixed race multi-genre band will bring Canada and its wilderness to you in a kaleidoscope of music, circling in multi-dimensions. We draw on our\u00a0 combined musical history from working with innovators in free jazz such as Paul Bley, Cecil Taylor, Misha Mengelberg, Barre Phillips, Jay Clayton and bring their ideas forward into the future of music with the talents of the next generation. Our music label, Jazz from Rant, has nearly 70 recordings and we have recently recorded in Rome, Helsinki, London, Montreal and more.<\/p>\n<p>Our band members are Jeannette Lambert, voice and production, rappers van garden, beamer!, Michel Lambert, drums and percussion, Reg Schwager, guitar. We are open to collaboration with local musicians and primarily female talented members of our musical network.
